Your business

Your brand: logo, colors and font

Updated October 18, 2026

The Brand page, in your portal's menu, sets how everything your clients see looks. Add your logo and choose a color and a font once, and every page and email follows. Owners and admins can change it.

Where your brand appears

  • Your portal: your logo at the top of the menu and your color on its buttons.
  • Your portal's sign-in page, and the icon in the browser tab (your logo, or your initial on your brand color).
  • Your contact page, and the invoice, estimate and gallery pages you send clients.
  • Invoice PDFs that you or your clients download: your logo and your color. PDFs attached to emails show your color and business name, without the logo.
  • Emails to clients: your logo beside your business name, or your initial when you have no logo.
  1. Open Brand. You start on the Look tab.
  2. Select Upload logo, or drag the file onto the box.
  3. Your logo saves as soon as it uploads. To change it later, select Replace logo; to go back to showing your initial, select Remove.

Use a PNG, JPEG or WebP image of up to 2 MB. A square logo works best.

Invoice PDFs can't show a WebP logo and leave it out. If you send PDFs, upload your logo as a PNG or JPEG.

Choose your color and font

  • Brand color is used for your buttons and highlights. Select the color swatch (it shows your color's code) to open your device's color picker. Until you choose a color, it's black.
  • Font is used on every page your clients see. Choose Inter, Georgia, DM Sans, Poppins, Nunito, Space Grotesk, Lora, Playfair Display, or System font (your visitor's own).

Set how each page looks

Next to Look is a tab for each page your clients see: Contact page (when you use Inquiries), Invoice page (when you use Invoices) and Gallery page (when you use Galleries). On a phone, the tabs are shortened to Contact, Invoice and Gallery. On each tab you can set:

  • Background: a tint of your brand color, white, black or a color of your own. With more than one page, Use on all pages copies the background to the others.
  • Button color: your brand color, white, black or another color.
  • For the invoice page, the layout: Centered or Side by side. Estimates and the page clients see after paying use the same look. PDFs don't change.
  • For galleries, the cover style: Polaroids, Framed photo, Split, Full-width photo, Full-screen photo or Minimal. A gallery with its own saved design keeps it.

The contact page has more settings, such as the questions it asks. See your contact page.

Preview and save

The preview shows your changes before you save them. On the Look tab, the buttons above it switch between pages (Contact, Invoice and Gallery), and Desktop and Phone switch the size. The invoice and gallery previews use a sample invoice and sample photos.

Most changes wait until you select Save changes in the bar at the bottom of the page; Discard undoes them. Your logo and the contact page's Publish and Unpublish buttons save immediately.
